“My family and I have worked with Andrea Norton for the past 2 years, and the experience has been wonderful! She helps us as an advocate in all of our school IEP meetings, and also assists us as an Independent Facilitator with my daughter's Self-Determination program offered through the San Diego Regional Center. Since my daughter's medical and educational needs are complex, it has been helpful to collaborate with Andrea on keeping track of all the details in the IEP meetings. That is one of my favorite qualities about her: very detail oriented. In the final review of the annual IEP document, having an advocate who has all the details and you can compare notes with easily really helps to ensure the document is accurate and reflects what has been agreed to in the meetings.
